PERHAPS THE QUINTESSENTIAL BARBER STYLE, THE FADE IS AT THE SAME TIME VERSATILE YET STRUCTURED, TECHNICAL YET FREE-FLOWING. THE FADES ARE A MILITARY-INSPIRED GROUP OF CUTS THAT CAME TO POPULARITY IN THE 1950’S AND HAVE EVOLVED INTO A VARIETY OF MODERN INTERPRETATIONS.

 

或許對於典型的男仕髮型來說，漸層髮型是一個與時俱進、富有結構性且能自由發揮的髮型。但是這種髮型的靈感其實源自於當時在軍隊中的剪髮文化，而在1950年代時這儼然發展成為多樣性的現代髮型代表，並且越來越受到大家的喜愛。

 

 

SKIN FADE

The most militaristic of the cuts, the skin fade brings the level of the cut all the way down to the skin level leaving the top as long as you’d like. Precise barbering and a skilled hand will expertly blend the fade with zero trace of a line.

 

膚感漸層

一個最具有軍事主義代表的髮型，膚感漸層將頭髮一路剃到最光並深入到頭皮，並且隨個人喜好將頭頂的頭髮留長或剪短。一個專精並具有高超技巧的漸層理髮會把漸層中的線條完全去除，並不保留任何的痕跡。

 

 

 

 

TAPER FADE

Less dramatic than the skin fade, the taper fade subtly blends hair into a lower grade along the temples and nape of neck.

 

小區域漸層 

漸層的幅度不如膚感漸層，小區域漸層巧妙地將較低部的頭髮沿著太陽穴連接到後頸部，來作出一個完美的漸層。

 

 

 

COMB OVER FADE

The fade stays the same, while this style gets its distinction on the top of the head. To achieve this look, grow the hair out on top and create (or cut) a deep side part. Use gel or pomade to sweep the hair up and back on either side of the part. The longer the hair on top, the more dramatic the look. For a more subtle style, keep the hair shorter.

 

西裝頭漸層

在頂部的頭髮分邊。為了達到這種髮型，將頂部的頭髮留長並且剃出一條明顯的分線，並用髮膠或髮油將頭髮順著分邊梳起。頂部的頭髮越長，達到的效果就越好。如想呈現更俐落的髮型，可將頂部的頭髮剪短點。

 

HIGH TOP FADE

Recent years have seen a comeback of the towering high top fade style.  Precision lines and hard angles of the flat top provide a striking juxtaposition to the taper or skin fade.

 

高漸層

近幾年看到了許多復古的高漸層髮型。精準的刻線及深刻角度的平頂造型，讓這種漸層同時與小區域漸層及膚感漸層並駕齊驅。
